Enquiries and Estimates
Where an estimate or quotation has been issued and no further response or acceptance is received within one calendar month of its issue, the enquiry will be considered closed.
Personal data held solely in connection with the unsuccessful enquiry, including contact information and associated estimate records, will be securely deleted or anonymised after this period, unless there is a lawful reason for continued retention.
Any subsequent communication will be treated as a new enquiry requiring a new quotation.
All previously issued, unaccepted pricing will be considered expired, null and void, regardless of the communication method used, including email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp or other messaging platforms.
All new quotations will be subject to current pricing, availability and applicable terms. This does not affect quotations already accepted or contracts already formed.
Completed Sales and Services
Where a purchase, booking or service transaction has taken place, relevant financial and accounting records will be retained for a minimum of six years from the end of the company financial year to which they relate, in accordance with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) requirements.
This includes invoices, receipts, payment records and relevant transaction documentation. Records may be retained longer where required by law, ongoing HMRC enquiries or legal obligations.
Image Storage and Retention
Liverpool Visuals Limited normally retains photographic and video content for a period of up to 12 months following delivery or the date the customer's secure online gallery is made available.
We strongly recommend that customers download all purchased or supplied images and video files from their secure online gallery as soon as they become available, and ensure that independent backup copies are securely stored before the retention period expires.
After the 12-month retention period, all associated photographic and video files, including edited images, original unedited RAW files, source footage and working copies, will be securely and permanently deleted from our active storage systems, unless a longer retention period has been expressly agreed or retention is otherwise legally required.
Residual backup copies will be deleted in accordance with applicable secure backup retention procedures.
Access to online galleries may also be permanently withdrawn once the retention period expires.
Liverpool Visuals Limited cannot guarantee the recovery, restoration or re-supply of images or video files once they have been deleted.
Customers are responsible for downloading and securely backing up their delivered content within the stated retention period.
Liverpool Visuals Limited accepts no responsibility for the loss or unavailability of content following the expiry of this period, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Secure Data Deletion
